Be glad, tomorrow is the Lord’s Day!

To assist you in preparation for our worship gathering this coming Lord’s Day, please see our Order of Worship below. Here’s some additional highlights of what’s happening at King’s:

  • Sunday School at 9:15am. This is Sunday School for adults, teens, and children—everyone together. The teaching will be on the 2nd Commandment.
  • Worship at 10:30am. The order of worship is linked below. The sermon will be on Holding the Line Against Doctrinal Drift from 1 Timothy 1:3-4.
  • Practice one song before church. Tomorrow we’re singing a newer song, Open Unto Us Your Word. Sing them through by yourself or with your household a couple times today. Sheet music can be found in our 2026 Songs of the King booklet.
  • Member’s Meeting Sunday Evening. Sunday evening we have a members meeting at the Blacksburg Boxing and Fitness at 5pm. There will be teaching, songs, prayer, budget proposal (for a future vote), and vote on advisory council and new members.
  • No Prayer Meeting Sunday Evening. There will be no prayer meeting Sunday. We will pray together at the member’s meeting.

Men’s Bonfire Nights
Men, join us for an 8-week study of “It’s Good to be a Man” by Michael Foster. Gather Around the Fire to read, discuss, & sing Psalms & shanties to the King. It will be Wednesdays at 6:30pm, beginning March 18th. It will be at Pastor Corey’s house. You’re welcome to purchase the book and bring it, but that’s not necessary for full participation.
